Welcome to awslipy.com. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described herein in full.
1. Object of the Service
www.awslipy.com offers personalized and matched underwear, created to customer request. Personalization is done using designs, text, or images provided by the customer.
2. Customer Responsibility
The customer assumes full responsibility for any violations of third party rights resulting from the use of the material provided.
In particular, the user is fully responsible, towards Awslipy and third parties, in the case of the creation and marketing of articles containing material:
protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights,
obscene, defamatory, or offensive to public morals that may in any way offend or harm third parties.
awslipy.com will not be liable for any legal claims, costs, or damages arising from the use of content provided by the customer.
3. Service Limitations
The customization service is limited to printing the images and designs provided by the customer without any creative intervention by our team.
4. Warranty and Returns
Given the personalized nature of the products, it is not possible to make returns or request refunds, unless the product has manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Awslipy.com
In case of defects or errors, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product, attaching photographic evidence.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (e.g., GDPR for the European Union).
Images or designs provided for customization will be used exclusively for the fulfillment of the order and will not be shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary for production.
6. Limitation of Liability
awslipyy.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure, courier errors, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
awslipy.com's liability for any damages will be limited to the value of the order placed.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law (or other applicable law).
For any dispute, the court of Ortona (Ch) will have jurisdiction.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
awslipy.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately for orders placed after their posting.
